These Terms of Service apply to your use of TopN Analytics Learning Website (the “Site”). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Courses and access
When you enrol in a course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to view it for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, record or redistribute course content or your login.
Instructors
- Applying to become an instructor does not guarantee approval. We may approve, reject or remove instructors at our discretion.
- You must own or have the right to use everything you upload, and it must not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Courses may be reviewed by us before they are published and may be unpublished if they breach these Terms.
- Earnings and any revenue share are as shown in your instructor dashboard or agreed with us separately.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers whose terms also apply. For refund questions, please contact us and we will review your request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to break or bypass security, uploading harmful or unlawful content, harassing others, or using the Site to send spam.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, other than content owned by instructors or users, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Instructors keep ownership of their courses and grant us permission to host, display and promote them on the Site.
Your content
If you post reviews, comments or other content, you give us permission to display it on the Site. You are responsible for what you post.
Disclaimer
The Site and courses are provided “as is”. We do not promise that courses will meet your expectations or lead to any particular result, or that the Site will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site and ask us to close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
